Start with the right support
Plan moving services around your downtown Los Angeles home, apartment or loft. Share both full addresses, your inventory, elevator and loading arrangements, and the help you need with Tray.
The details make the difference
For moving services in downtown Los Angeles, prepare a room-by-room inventory and both full addresses. Include unit and floor numbers, stairs and any furniture or fragile belongings that need review. Explain which packing tasks you will handle and which you want Tray to discuss.
Share move-out and move-in dates together. If your next address is not ready, discuss storage, collection and later delivery as part of the same plan. Confirm the scope, availability and estimate with the team before booking.
The details make the difference
Downtown apartment and loft moves need an access plan at both properties. Ask your building contacts about elevator reservations, loading hours, the entrance a crew should use and any documents the building requires. Share the confirmed instructions with Tray; do not assume the pickup and receiving buildings use the same process.
Give the team the actual loading route and the distance from a suitable loading area to your door. Tell Tray about narrow turns, shared entrances and stairs so the work can be reviewed with your inventory. For a move beyond Los Angeles, include the complete destination and state.

Discuss local moving, a longer door-to-door journey, packing and unpacking or temperature-controlled storage with Tray. Review the rooms, inventory and dates together so the estimate reflects your own move. A service-area page does not establish another office or reserve a moving date.
